Each of our inn’s 25 guest rooms includes a kitchenette in a studio or 1 bedroom style floor plan. Two of the guest suites are designed as bridal suites for the many brides who choose to celebrate their wedding ceremony and receptions at Chocksett Inn. We have plenty of guest rooms for out-of-town guests or bridal parties. Chocksett Inn Policies
All guest room pricing is arranged as double occupancy, and pricing is subject to change seasonally. Additional guests over the age of 3 are charged $15 per person.
Cribs and rollaway beds are available for $10 per night. Please request upon making your reservation due to limited availability.
One night’s deposit is required to reserve your guest room.
Cancellation of a guaranteed reservation must be received 14 days before the day of arrival or your deposit will be forfeited.
Balance, if any, will be required at check-in by either credit card or cash.
Check-in is at 3 p.m. and check-out is 11 a.m.
Guests who wish to check in early can call on the morning of the reservation to see whether an early check-in is available. Early check-in is not guaranteed in advance.
A credit card will be requested upon check-in to have on file for incidentals and will be pre-authorized for $50.
Massachusetts’ Chocksett Inn is a non-smoking facility and does not offer smoking guest rooms. Anyone who rents a guest room and breaks the no-smoking policy will be responsible for a $250 cleaning fee.
The Chocksett Inn is a pet-free facility. Only service animals will be accepted. Kennel services are less than a mile away.
